Legal Project Management (LPM) is a complete training that will offer excellent management tools for control of time and budget. In addition, it will provide lawyers and staff, including “in-house counsels” and law firms, techniques and tools to manage their projects effectively and efficiently, including structuring some cases as projects. We will have 4 days of informative sessions, practice exercises and working tools that will enhance capabilities and managerial techniques; while we meet the 24 contact hours required to obtain the IILPM LPP certification.
